Warranty - Our commitment
Warranty
The warranty is only valid for existing models listed on our Website and in accordance with testimonials from other customers confirming that they comply with the expected results. We garantee the skins you bought will fit properly. If a part doesn't fit, we will agree to make a new one and send it to you at no cost using your old skin (required). We may require pictures to make sure the part is properly installed, or can't be installed. We may ask you to return the defective part to get a repair. No labor cost will be assumed by USC for a third party sailmaker without authorization or expressed cost estimation by this third party sailmaker. The 'full' warranty does not apply either for new models whose pattern has been supplied by the customer, or for models not listed on our Website. However, if necessary, we can accept to make corrections. Charges may apply. Warranty doesn't apply if the frame of the airplane has been altered.
Refund
Sails are custom made and can't be refund. USC will not process any refund even for defective or damaged parts. Those defective parts will be reprocessed and sent back to you. According to the law, we have the right and the obligation to give the customer the product he paid for.
Chargeback
Since we provide custom made parts, we cannot accept chargeback. Customers who will attempt a chargeback will be flagged in our system and will be banned for a lifetime from making business with us.
Return
Before you return any parts or merchandise, you need an authorization from USC. If parts are shipped back to USC without authorization, the parcel won't be accepted and will be sent back to you by the carrier at your own cost, with mention: 'unclaimed/return to sender'. Contact us to get a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) prior shipping parcel to USC.
Color
Because the color of fabric can change from a batch to another, we cannot garantee the color you asked for will match the swatch. The only warranty you should expect is the color code. For partial/replacement parts, we do not garantee the colors will match those installed on your plane. For color schemes we cannot garantee the width of each panel of colors.
UV degradation
We do not endorse the UV Degradation of the fabric. Owner is responsible to store the plane in a hangar. If the plane is left outside, it is the responsability of the owner to cover the wings and control surfaces to protect it from UVA and UVB..
