ON THE CUTTING EDGE OF TECHNOLOGY
Our workshop is equipped with a digital computer controlled LASER plotter, allowing us to offer a high quality, perfect and a high precision skin that even the original manufacturers can't meet. This is why some manufacturers entrust us making sails for their own customers as a 'third-party sailmaker'. The LASER seals the cut to prevent fabric from unraveling
HIGH PRECISION SAIL MAKING
Paper and cardboard templates are banned from our workshop. We use computers! All parts have been meticulously scanned by either the original template, or by old sails. We use a highly advanced software allowing us to determine the elongation factors of old sails to maintain an accuracy of about 4/1000th of an inch.
AUTOMATED SEWING PROCESS
While a degree of automation has already been introduced, the automated sewing machine makes perfect zig zag stitches. Guided with a Laser, double zig zag stitches are perfectly parallel. The finish is just perfect.
THE HIGHEST QUALITY WORKMANSHIP
When completed, parts are labeled. This label shows not only all informations of the part but also the tracking number for further quality control.
PROFESSIONAL PACKING AND SHIPPING
To minimize the folding of the fabric, we have a machine that build the crating box the size we need. Then we put all shipping labels and customs declaration forms to ensure you get your sails as fast as you expect it.
